Daniel Villasenor aka Zhenzan Dao aka Zhen Dao aka Zhenevere Sophia Dao performs acupuncture on people. He/They/She does not have a license to needle. He/They/She is not a licensed medical doctor, acupuncturist, chiropractor or physical therapist – these are the only professionals permitted to needle patients in the state of New Mexico. Therefore, he/they/she practices medicine without a license. If he/they/she has practiced acupuncture on you, in class or privately, please report this to the local authorities, to the District Attorney’s Office, to your state Medical Board, to your state regulation and licensing department, and to the Better Business Bureau.


He/They/She is not a licensed psychotherapist, counselor or social worker. If he/they/she performed counseling sessions on you, please report this to the local authorities and your state Licensure Board.


He/They/She promotes him/them/her-self as a neo-daoist monk, and as the founder of MogaDao as a neo-daoist “tradition”. Practitioners are “neo-daoist monks” or “neo-daoist monastics." This makes MogaDao a religion and Daniel Villasenor aka Zhenzan Dao aka Zhen Dao aka Zhenevere Sophia Dao a religious leader. It is illegal for a religious leader, aka clergy member, to have sexual relationships with congregation members. If you have been targeted for sexual harassment, sexual assault or sexual intimacy while a member aka participant in the MogaDao practices aka religion, this is considered sexual misconduct, sexual assault or statutory rape by a clergy member. Even otherwise “consensual” sexual relationships of a clergy person with an adult congregant qualifies as statutory rape in the state of New Mexico. Please report this to the local police.


If he/they/she touched your genitals, forced you to touch his/their/her genitals, exposed their genitals to you, forced or coerced you to expose your genitals to him/them/her, even in the context of a class or workshop, this is sexual misconduct and/or sexual assault. Please report this to the local authorities.
