To the Ethics Committee - to do your job ethically, you must seek out first-hand reports from the individuals harmed - you know who they are, and you have extensive records of all students' contact information - you have no excuse to have not done so already - of the several I am in touch with, none of them have been contacted by your committee for such a statement. You are negligent in your duties to have not requested first-hand accounts from these individuals of what was done to them and how they were treated when they spoke up or attempted to.

To those present at meetings where excommunicated students were slandered in absentia - hopefully you have by now noticed a routine response by Z and the staff to students who speak up about sexual propositioning, sexual baiting, sexual harassment, sexual assault, and/or physical assault committed by Z - as it has been described to me, Z reframes any student naming Z's actions as that student "falling in love with me" or that student is labeled "psychotic" or "delusional" or "unstable". It should occur to any decent human being among you to ASK the person who is being slandered what actually happened to them. If you have not done this yet, you are, in my opinion, remiss. You have fallen into a gossip trap and are now acting as low-ranking flying monkeys in your behavior toward those assaulted. Correct this. ASK WHAT ACTUALLY HAPPENED. AND BELIEVE THEM. AND TAKE A STAND.

To those who PARTICIPATED in slandering students in absentia - please get your heads out of your arrogant asses. It does not matter whether a student sexually harassed or baited or assaulted by Z is offended or falls in love or stays neutral and asks what Z meant by such actions. IT DOES NOT MATTER HOW THE STUDENT REACTS. WHAT MATTERS IS WHAT ACTIONS Z TOOK AND WHAT Z INTENDED BY THESE ACTIONS. If Z were sincere - i.e., approaching the person humbly, as an equal, to develop a relationship - then no harm done. If Z has not been sincerely seeking relationship, from a place of equality, with the students so approached, then Z IS NOT SINCERE, and THAT makes Z's actions of verbal and physical sexual approaches HARASSMENT AND ASSAULT.

I will say this very plainly: EROTIC HEALTH ONLY EXISTS IN A PARADIGM OF EQUALITY. ALL PEOPLE ARE EQUAL. ANYONE WHO MAKES ANY GESTURE, PARTICULARLY AN EROTIC GESTURE - TOUCH, FONDLING, PRESSING UP AGAINST, KISSING, GROPING OF ANOTHER'S GENITALS - TOWARD ANOTHER PERSON ACROSS A POWER DIFFERENTIAL, OR EVEN HOLDS THE BELIEF THAT THE PERSON THEY ARE APPROACHING IS NOT THEIR EQUAL, EVEN UNSPOKEN, SILENTLY IN THEIR HEAD, THEN THEY ARE ACTING IN THE PARADIGM OF RAPE AND EXPLOITATION.

Again, EROTIC HEALTH ONLY EXISTS IN A PARADIGM OF EQUALITY. ANY EROTIC GESTURE TAKEN IN A BELIEF IN NON-EQUALITY IS AN ACTION TAKEN IN THE PARADIGM OF EXPLOITATION AND RAPE.

In my opinion, Z and the staff and many of the teachings of Z under Z's trademarked name of MogaDao, act in the paradigm of non-equality, and hence in the paradigm of exploitation and rape. PEOPLE ARE EQUAL. CONSENT MATTERS. EVERY STUDENT Z HAS HARASSED AND/OR ASSAULTED HAS A RIGHT TO SAY YES OR NO, TO BE FULLY INFORMED OF WHAT THEY ARE AGREEING TO (for those assaulted in class) IN ANY ACTIVITY IN THE SCHOOL, AND TO BE REGARDED AND APPROACHED AS AN EQUAL. WE ARE ALL EQUAL. IT IS NOT EROTIC HEALTH FOR YOUR TEACHER TO SEXUALLY HARASS OR ASSAULT YOU. IT IS NOT EROTIC HEALTH FOR A TEACHER TO ACT OUT A DRAMA WHEN A STUDENT SPEAKS TO THEM TO ADDRESS THIS BEHAVIOR. IT IS NOT EROTIC HEALTH TO ATTEMPT TO GASLIGHT STUDENTS BY DECLARING THEM "PSYCHOTIC" OR "DELUSIONAL" AND THEN RUN A DARVO (Deny-Accuse-Reverse-Victim-Offender) SCRIPT BY PLAYING THE VICTIM, AND THEN ATTEMPTING TO ERASE THEM FROM THE COMMUNITY BY SLANDERING THEM IN ABSENTIA.

This is not erotic health. This is abuse.

Also, to the Ethics Committee and to the Community of MD - do hold not only Z accountable for Z's actions, but hold Thomas and Sunny and Nikesha, and all others who have participated in this COVER-UP OF KNOWN ABUSE, accountable. They have all, in my opinion, done serious harm.

To all those survivors of harm from Z, the staff and the school, you are in my heart. I am sorry you went through that abuse. You are awesome human beings.
